The Tech Executive Leadership Initiative (TELI) is a 5-week program that exposes promising technology leaders to training in government, policy development, and service delivery. The training program is geared towards leaders who are considering working closely with government or on public sector problems in 2024 and beyond. We invite applications by invitation to the TELI program.
Ideal applicants to the program should have:
- 8+ years of tech leadership experience at a senior level
- Limited or no experience with government previously
- Expertise in modern, user-centric digital delivery frameworks
- The capacity to adapt and deliver outcomes in an environment of change.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from others
- A desire for work with meaning and desire the opportunity to give back
